Partnership between Inoviem Scientific and DeepLife

Inoviem Scientific partners with DeepLife to accelerate therapeutic target validation

Inoviem Scientific, an ATON Group subsidiary specializing in human tissue pharmacology, has partnered with DeepLife, an artificial intelligence company focused on biology, to accelerate the discovery of new treatments for inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD).

This collaboration brings together two complementary areas of expertise: the power of artificial intelligence to identify new therapeutic targets and the ability to test them directly on human tissue.

Using its human intestinal tissue bank, Inoviem Scientific tests and validates therapeutic targets identified by TwinCell, DeepLife’s artificial intelligence platform.

Computational prediction therefore meets patient biology directly, allowing biological mechanisms to be observed rather than simply inferred.

The Inoviem Scientific and DeepLife teams work in a continuous feedback loop. Each result obtained from human tissue helps refine subsequent hypotheses and provides more reliable evidence earlier in the process to support decisions on whether to pursue a therapeutic program.

From artificial intelligence to human tissue validation

This approach addresses a challenge that extends beyond IBD. As artificial intelligence generates an increasing number of therapeutic hypotheses, validation on human tissue becomes a key step in distinguishing a promising prediction from an actionable drug candidate.

This partnership further strengthens Inoviem Scientific’s position as a human tissue validation partner within the AI-assisted drug discovery ecosystem.

“This collaboration with DeepLife confirms the relevance of Inoviem Scientific’s expertise and the value of our proprietary technology platforms NPOTS and PIMS, developed by our subsidiary PIMS Technology for the validation of therapeutic targets on human tissue,” said Léone Atayi, Chief Executive Officer of ATON.
